At CALEO ATELIER, we aim to ship every order as quickly and clearly as possible.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, launches, holidays, or high-volume sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping times
After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 4–8 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local carrier conditions
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, and peak seasonal volume can occasionally extend delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, delayed, or marked-as-delivered packages
If your package appears delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the shipment with the carrier.
